• Franchisee will have to work as per terms and conditions laid by Matrifare.com from time to time.

• Franchisee can terminate his/her with Franchisee, if he/she doesn't want to continue his/her activity concerning Matrifare.com , by giving one month intimation to that effect

• You will have to use Matrifare.com or Matrifare.com  name for advertising.

• Franchisee can do advertisements through various advertisements mode such as Newspapers, Radio channels ,Cable Connection or Listing in magazines. But it should be first intimated to Matrifare.com about matter and format.

• All technical issues will be handled by Matrifare.com

• you will have to bear with us, if any technical problems arises (whose chances are very less).

• Matrifare.com keeps full rights to increase or decrease rates for the service provided.

• Matrifare.com holds the right for changing this operating agreement from time to time.

• Franchisee should not pass on any information to other agencies which is detrimental to business of Matrifare.com .

• You will be solely responsible to customers for any money claims .
